Digital ticketing platform for an open-air summer theater in Zurich — replacing manual ticket distribution with a streamlined e-ticket workflow.
The theater relied on manual ticket distribution via email and postal mail for 90% of sales. With over 1,500 tickets per season across 9-10 performances, the process created cash flow problems from unpaid invoices, high administrative overhead, and no-show issues. Only 10% of tickets were sold at the box office.
We built an integrated digital ticketing platform with embedded purchasing directly on the website. The system replaced manual ticket management with automated workflows, eliminating payment collection issues and reducing no-shows through streamlined operations.
